Have you read Patrick Harpur's Daimonic Reality or Jacques Vallee, Passport to Magonia? Both express some similar sentiments on the UAP/UFO phenomena, and I'm sympathetic to that sort of perspective myself.

Also interesting is the current work being done by Dave Paulides. Not sure if you're video-friendly, but his Missing 411 long-form movies are very interesting.
